All of the tehnical information and trouble-shooting methods documented on this website are provided only to serve as a general guide. We do not sell controllers direct to customers, we are not a dealer or a distributor, and we do not install controllers or spreader systems. All we do is inspect and repair broken controllers.
As such, none of the technical information which is disclosed by this website will constitute any representation, warranty, assurance, or guarantee with respect to the truth, accuracy or completeness of the technical information.
By using this website and reading the technical information, you agree not to hold us liable for any errors or omissions in the technical information or the use or the results of the use of the technical information. Inspection and Repair Services
All such services are provided or furnished on an as-available, best-efforts basis only. We specifically disclaim all warranties with respect to any service (other than repair, as specified below), expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use. We do not warrant that the operation of any of inspected or repaired equipment will be uninterrupted or error free.
Equipment Repairs
We warrant that at the time of shipment and for a period of fourteen (14) days thereafter any equipment repaired or sold by us will be in conformity with the corresponding specifications published on spreadergear.com as well as reasonably free from defects in material and workmanship.
We make no warranty with respect to the repair of equipment for which there is no corresponding specification published on spreadergear.com.
Rejection of Equipment
We reserve the right to reject equipment shipped to us for inspection or repair for any reason whatsoever. If we reject your equipment and you wish us to return it to you, you are responsible for all shipping costs, no exceptions.
You will have 14 days from the time we notify you we are rejecting your equipment to arrange to pay for return shipping. If you do not make suitable arrangements in that time, we will discard or recycle your equipment at our discretion. We must acknowledge your arrangements for them to be considered suitable.
Messages left for / sent to you via e-mail or telephone constitute notice.

All information contained in this site, including text, graphics, and links, is provided on an "as is" basis with no warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all representations and warranties, express or implied, with respect to such information, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, freedom from computer virus, and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. We specifically disclaim all other warranties including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use. We do not warrant that the operation of any of inspected or repaired equipment will be uninterrupted or error free.
We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if we have been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site. These limitations will apply notwithstanding to any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, some or all of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that an incorrect model number has been indicated on an RMA request form, or in the event that an inappropriate service has been requested, we reserve the right to refuse to service any equipment received under that RMA. We reserve the right to refuse service even if we have received the equipment.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Waivers
Any waiver of a default under the policies listed on this site must be made in writing and shall not be a waiver of any other default concerning the same or any other provision of these policies. No delay or omission in the exercise of any right or remedy shall impair such right or remedy or be constructed as a waiver. A consent to or approval of any act shall not be deemed to waive or render unnecessary consent to or approval of any other or subsequent act.
